We are quickly approaching the start of NFL training camps and the storylines are starting to stack up. But not all news is good news. Thursday we learned that Vikings rookie WR Jordan Addison got caught doing 140 in a 55 MPH zone at 3 in the morning. My boy got on I-94 in that Lamborghini Urus and FLOORED IT.. and then got caught.
Let The Chaos Begin…
Anytime anything bad happens with the Vikings, the narratives start to fly. But let’s be honest, the optics on this one are tough. Doing almost 100 MPH over the speed limit is absolutely wild and super irresponsible. Jordan has yet to take a snap on the field and there’s already a mark on his record. Not a great way to set the table for your first training camp where rookies will report Sunday. However, there is one side to this…
Yep. Exactly that. 3 in the morning, no one on the road. Everyone has done stupid shit that we regretted, but that’s how life works when you’re 21 years young. Let’s just hope this was a one-off incident and Jordan got it out his system. The Vikings really can’t afford to have another bust wide receiver.
