10K Bets: The 2024 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club

Gambling Golf

This year’s PGA Championship resides in Louisville, Kentucky at Valhalla Golf Club. Valhalla is a very prestigious course that has loads of history. VGC is a tremendously long track but rewards golfers for accuracy off the tee and precision with long irons. Valhalla is tipping out at 7700 yards and is a par 71. This course will be a beast this week and should give these golfers a very hard challenge.

We are targeting long ball hitters that can plot their way around a major championship golf course. I have narrowed it down to 3 golfers I find have the best chance of winning this week.

Brooks Koepka Top 20 (-140) Outright Winner (+1700)

What more needs to be said with Brooks Koepka and Major Championship golf? The dude is an absolute machine. On top of winning the PGA last year, Brooks is coming off a win on the LIV tour and has his game in a great place heading into Valhalla. I will gladly be taking Brooksy here this week at 17/1. BK checks all the boxes for me.

Rory McIlroy Top 20 (-165) Outright Winner (+750)

Rory has had quite the major championship drought, but I like him here this week for a few reasons. One, Rory is coming off a commanding win at the Wells Fargo, playing 4 rounds of lights out golf. Two, Rory’s last major championship came 10 years ago at yes this course, Valhalla Golf Course. Last but not least, Rory is coming off getting divorced and I think this would be a perfect fuck you to his ex spouse lmao. All jokes aside, McIlory is playing some stellar golf and with his driving ability and accuracy with long irons I think he is a very live horse this week.

Scottie Scheffler Top 10 (-110) Outright Winner (+450)

Ahh yes, the chalk. Scottie is certainly the chalk but these are his odds for a reason. Scheffler, as we’ve seen this season is practically unbeatable. He’s got 5 wins this season and won the masters with ease along with 3 other elevated tournaments. Scottie is playing some of the best golf we have ever seen in our lifetime and is putting up Tiger Woods 2000’s numbers. I simply cannot pass up on Scheffler this week. He is not a guy you wanna root for his collapse.
