I don’t even know where to begin with this locker room. It looks like they had a big idea to renovate the locker room and then realized they couldn’t afford any of it halfway through the remodel. Or maybe the interior designer quit halfway through so they just went with basic boring gray. Not to mention the childish and vanilla “words of inspiration” sprawled across the ceiling that’s written in every elementary school gym across America.
These guys are professional athletes, they don’t need to read the word “accountability” in their locker room. What I’m saying is that no way this was the design that went all the way up the management and got approved by the owner… right?
Unsurprisingly, I am not the only one who’s giving this new look hate. Former Sioux hockey captain, Gage Ausmus, took to Twitter to express his disgust. I just can’t tell the difference between the cubicle he’d rather be in and the locker room. It looks like Prison Mike is waiting behind the whiteboard to come tell the team why going to the penalty box so much scarred him for life.
All in all, I feel bad for the wild players who have to get dressed in a corporate office of a locker room like that.
