This week on the PGA Tour we are back with the Wells Fargo Championship, a highly anticipated elevated event played at the historical Quail Hollow Club in North Carolina. The field will be one of the strongest we’ve seen on the PGA thus far and it’s finally back at QH! Rory McIlroy has won 3 previous PGA TOUR tournaments at Quail Hollow…. will he win a 4th?. Will Max Homa win the Wells Fargo for a 3rd time in 4 years? These are just a few of the exciting headlines for this week’s Wells Fargo Championship.
We are coming off a very solid handicapping week at the Mexico Open, cashing our Tony Finau Top 10 (-125) and Outright victory (+700), but fell short on our Aaron Rai Top 20 (+200) and our Wyndham Clark Top 20 (+125). We missed Clark (T24) by a stroke, but we are very excited and are looking forward to this week’s Wells Fargo Championship.

This week, I have found 4 top 20 bets, one outright, and a top Australian that I see solid value in at Quail Hollow. These golfers have been playing very well and have had success in tournament play this season.
First up is our guy Sungjae Im. Sungjae seems to play very well week in and week out. He’s unbelievably consistent with all facets of his golf game. Sungjae hasn’t played Quail Hollow much in the past, but he’s been playing outstanding this season. We are hopeful that he will continue his good play this week. Sungjae Im Top 20 (+105)
Next up is the two-time Wells Fargo Champion, Max Homa. There’s no secret Homa has some special sauce when it comes to the Wells Fargo Championship. Some players just feel very comfortable at a particular course and Homa is one of those guys. Given Max’s strong play over the past two years, I see him getting into contention from the start of the tournament. Max Homa Top 20 (+130) & Outright Winner (+2900)
The next golfer we are rocking with this week at Quail Hollow is Jordan Spieth. Jordan, as we know has been an assassin on the golf course this year! He continues to play outstanding in just about every tournament he plays. Also, Spieth is very comfortable at Quail Hollow, going 4-0 in the Presidents Cup last year. Jordan Spieth Top 20 (-105)
Lastly, the final golfer we are backing this week is Jason Day. Jason has played in 14 events this year and has made the cut in 12 as well as 6 top 10 finishes and 11 top 25’s. As a former world #1, Jason has really gotten his game back on track. He is heading in a great direction this year on the PGA Tour. Jason Day Top 20 (+125) Top Australian (-140)
In closing, enjoy the Wells Fargo Championship, and always remember to wager responsibly.
